This is a Caldari PvP that has no status hits of any kind. He will have 1mil cash in his pocket. Not negative wallets anywhere.
He is 4 days from Advanced Spaceship V and has his jump skills already trained so he will be ready to train for Dread/Carrier if you so choose.

Going to set a 10 bil B/O on this character. I've seen much lower trained characters going for more. But I'm NOT a patient man.
I don't expect to carry this auction out more than a coupla days. Say the evening of the 21st MST.

I've got 2 people in game trying to come up with 10Bil over the next couple of days. The first person with a solid 10bil bid gets it or the highest bidder come tomorrow night.
